• Licensed Material: Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the following music packs: Dark Wild West 1

• Permitted Uses: The Licensed Material may be used by Licensee in the following manner:  background music for videos, games, commercials, Streams, youtube videos

• Attribution and Credits: Licensee shall credit Licensor for the use of the Licensed Material in the following format: Licensee shall include this credit in the project's credits section or description.

• Royalties and Fees: None

• Prohibited Uses: The Licensee shall not: resale, redistribution without permission, use in adult content

• Indemnification: Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Licensor harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Licensee's use of the Licensed Material.

• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
