Duration: Permanent license, no time limit on usage.
Monetization: Allows monetization of projects using the music (e.g., YouTube, paid apps, ads).
Modifications: Can edit, remix, or adapt the music to suit the needs of the project.
Exclusivity: Non-exclusive, meaning other companies can also purchase and use the same music under this license.
Restrictions: Cannot resell or redistribute the music as-is (i.e., cannot claim ownership or sell the music as a separate product).

Licensed Material: Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the following music packs: Trailer Music - Rise of Legends

Permitted Uses: The Licensed Material may be used by Licensee in the following manner: background music for videos, games, commercials, Streams, youtube videos

Attribution and Credits: Licensee shall credit Licensor for the use of the Licensed Material in the following format: Licensee shall include this credit in the project's credits section or description.

Royalties and Fees: None

Prohibited Uses: The Licensee shall not: resale, redistribution without permission, use in adult content

Indemnification: Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Licensor harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Licensee's use of the Licensed Material.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
